Kaaron Williams grew up in Santa Barbara, CA, and developed a strong work ethic, family values, and a compelling desire to help others early in life. She achieved a B.A. in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Organizational Management. Kaaron lives in Burbank, CA with her husband, Randall, and their daughter, Amber.

Kaaron's personal mission is to"help people get what they want out." She attributes her business sense to her father, Bruce O'Neal, a successful businessman, who was her inspiration for this book.
